Best Coworking Spaces in Belgrade (2026): Prices, Map, Honest Picks

An honest, regularly updated comparison of 18 coworking spaces in Belgrade: prices per day and month, Google ratings, strengths and weak points, and a map. Written for digital nomads, expats and remote teams.

Last updated: September 2026. We re-check the list, the ratings and the prices periodically.

Belgrade has a proper coworking market now. The first space opened back in 2012, the scene kept growing through the remote-work years, and today there are enough serious options that picking one takes real research. The problem is that most of that research only exists in Serbian: operators publish their sites in Serbian, half of them keep prices off the internet entirely, and English write-ups go stale fast. This guide is our fix. It compares 18 coworking spaces across the city, with addresses, approximate Google ratings, honest strengths and weak points, and day and month prices wherever the operators publish them.

It is written for the people most likely to need it: digital nomads staying a month or a season, expats settling in for longer, and remote teams that want desks in Belgrade without signing an office lease. We are a Belgrade web agency, not a coworking operator, so nobody on this list paid to be here. This page is the English companion to our more detailed Serbian coworking guide and is built from the same research: official data cross-checked against hundreds of user reviews. Prices and terms move, so confirm the current offer on each space’s own site before you commit.

Map of coworking spaces in Belgrade

Every space in this guide is pinned below; click a marker for the name and the street address. Most of the pins cluster in the old town around Knez Mihailova, Dorćol and Savamala, while the more corporate options with easier parking sit across the river in New Belgrade.

The map is for orientation. Addresses hold still, prices do not, so check the current price list on each operator’s site before deciding.

Our top picks

Eighteen options is a lot to sift through, so here is the short version, based on our comparison and on what users say consistently across hundreds of reviews. For community and events, Impact Hub Belgrade and Startit Centar are the strongest; both live off their programming as much as their desks. For quiet, professional work at a serious address, Smart Office on Knez Mihailova has been doing exactly that since 2012. The highest Google rating in the city belongs to The Office Belgrade, which is also the most practical pick for digital nomads: a fully public price list, several central locations and 24/7 access. And if you are building a startup and want mentoring and investor introductions along with a desk, ICT Hub is the safe choice.

The spaces, compared

One compact entry per space. Ratings are approximate Google scores at the time of our last check; where a space has too few public reviews for a meaningful score, we say so instead of inventing one. Prices are the operators’ published rates or our best confirmed figures, and „on request“ means exactly that: the operator quotes individually.

Impact Hub Belgrade

Stari grad · Makedonska 21 · Google ≈ 4.7 (about 340 reviews) · belgrade.impacthub.net

A landmark of the local scene: a bright historic building in a quiet passage, with a garden, a strong community, a packed events calendar and an Impact Hub Passport that works at more than 120 hubs worldwide. Fair warnings: the price is on the higher side with a longer minimum commitment, there is no regular day pass (trial day only), and the cooling can lag in high summer.

Price: 150 EUR a month for a 150-hour quota, 90 EUR a week, 360 EUR a quarter.

Smart Office

Stari grad · Knez Mihailova 33 · Google ≈ 4.8 (about 120 reviews) · smartoffice.rs

Serbia’s first coworking space, open since 2012, on the best-known address in the pedestrian zone, with fast internet, air conditioning that users actually praise, a calm working culture and a pet-friendly policy. It is built around full-time members rather than drop-ins, prices are quoted on request, and the old-town location means crowds and difficult parking.

Price: on request (flex packages of 7, 21 or 31 days, hot desks, offices).

Nova Iskra Workspace

Savamala · Gavrila Principa 43 · Google ≈ 4.8 (about 20 reviews) · novaiskraworkspace.com

One of the region’s original creative hubs, a natural fit for designers and product teams, with very fast internet, large external monitors included, a pleasant terrace and comfort ratings among the best in the city. The catch is the schedule: it closes at 8 pm and stays shut on weekends, food options nearby are thin, and pricing is on request.

Price: on request (drop-in, hot desk, fixed desk, office, virtual office).

Startit Centar

Savski venac · Savska 5 · Google ≈ 4.6 · startit.rs

The gathering point of the domestic startup and IT crowd since 2015, run by a non-profit, with constant meetups and workshops, 24/7 access, solid equipment, a library, a VR lab, a terrace and a pet-friendly door. It can get crowded, some members find the organization loose and the price a touch high for what it is, so confirm the current rate directly.

Price: roughly 130 EUR a month (orientational, confirm with the team).

ICT Hub

Vračar · Kralja Milana 10 · Google ≈ 4.6 (about 280 reviews) · icthub.rs

A spacious, light-filled space that regulars often call the best in Belgrade, with 1 Gbps internet, separate quiet and dynamic zones, free drinks and genuine startup support, from advisory to investor introductions; a second site in the Science Technology Park adds free parking. Parts of the interior could use a refresh, paying from abroad can be awkward, and monthly rates are not public.

Price: day access from about 600 RSD; monthly on request.

The Office Belgrade

Stari grad · Studentski trg 4, plus other central locations · Google ≈ 4.9 (about 100 reviews at Studentski trg) · theofficebelgrade.com

A small chain with the highest user rating in the city and a clear favorite among digital nomads and international teams: dependable internet, good coffee, 24/7 access, one of the few fully public price lists, and a virtual office product if you register a company here. Note that VAT is added on top of the listed prices, and as a chain it feels more corporate than community-driven.

Price: hot desk 12 EUR a day or 140 EUR a month, fixed desk 180 EUR a month, private offices from 800 EUR a month, all plus VAT.

Work Space One

Stari grad · Zmaj Jovina 8, Palata Progres · few public reviews so far (opened 2025) · wspaceone.com

A newcomer from 2025 on the sixth floor of the Progres building, right by the pedestrian zone and a short walk from Kalemegdan, with terraces and views, an in-house restaurant, sorted parking, meeting rooms and concierge-style service. Because it is this new, there are barely any user reviews to lean on, prices for the location are not public, and opening hours are worth checking before you show up.

Price: on request.

Polygon HUB

Savski venac · Kozara 1 · Google ≈ 4.5 (about 20 reviews) · polygon.rs

Belgrade’s first coworking location, running since 2014: compact, with a loyal member base, a team users describe as genuinely kind, plenty of parking, 24/7 access and an all-inclusive price with no long-term contract. The recurring complaint is the lack of organized events and networking, and the space itself is small, so capacity is limited.

Price: 20 EUR a day, 60 EUR a week, hot desk 165 EUR a month; offices from 1,650 EUR.

Open Hub

Stari grad · Bulevar despota Stefana 15 · few public reviews · openhub.rs

An intimate space a few minutes from Trg republike and Skadarlija, with a terrace over the old town, a kitchen, fast internet and a quiet, comfortable room; the one detailed review out there praises exactly that. There is no meaningful Google score yet, standard hours are Monday to Friday 8 to 17 (around-the-clock access on request), and instead of a classic day pass it sells a 10-visit pack.

Price: 10 visits for 100 EUR (valid over two months), fixed desk 220 EUR a month.

InCentar

Stari grad · Cara Lazara 5-7 · Google ≈ 4.7 (about 100 reviews) · incentar.org

A modern space entered from a quiet passage beside the pedestrian zone, with English-speaking staff, a cooperative community, a garage nearby and an unusual extra: company registration, accounting and legal consulting under the same roof, which is handy if you are setting up a business in Serbia. The space sits in a basement, so natural light is scarce, and weekend hours are limited.

Price: about 20 EUR a day, 50 EUR a week, 170 EUR a month.

OUR Hub

Novi Beograd · Maršala Tolbuhina 44, plus other locations · few public reviews · our.rs

A new, expensively fitted operation across several locations, with a terrace, a kitchen, phone booths, parking and 24-hour access, flexible from a single desk up to a whole floor. The handful of impressions available call it one of the most comfortable spaces in the country, but there are too few public reviews for a firm conclusion, so visit before you commit; prices are on request.

Price: on request.

Spaces / Regus (New Belgrade)

Novi Beograd · Bulevar Milutina Milankovića · Google ≈ 4.6 (about 50 reviews) · spacesworks.com

Part of the global IWG network, with a staffed reception, business-grade internet, an all-inclusive bill, parking and a properly corporate standard on one of New Belgrade’s main business boulevards, plus access to the worldwide IWG network. You trade away the community feel of the domestic hubs, and it sits at the premium end with pricing on request.

Price: all-inclusive, on request.

Haos Community Space

Stari grad · Kraljice Natalije 11 · Google ≈ 5.0 (about 33 reviews) · haos.space

A community-first space with a retro character and a cafe inside, running weekly and monthly events with guests and investors; reviewers call it one of the best in the city and praise the hosts, the cleanliness and the sense of belonging, and it is pet-friendly. It leans more toward community and invitation than walk-in day work, event days can get loud, and the dog on the premises is not for everyone.

Price: day and permanent packages, on request.

Papergirl Galerija Hub

Vračar · Kralja Milana 15 · Google ≈ 4.9 (about 23 reviews) · profile on Coworker

Half office, half bright gallery, with a small crowd of photographers, architects and researchers and a warm, homely feel that members say suits focused day work; free coffee and printing are included. It is small and clearly built for individuals rather than teams, and prices are on request.

Price: on request (day work is the focus).

We Share Space

Vračar · Resavska 31 · rating not verified (few public reviews per location) · profile on Coworker

A modern setup on Vračar with 24/7 access, fiber internet, phone booths and, unusually for Belgrade, prices published in the open; the model is oriented mostly toward private offices and companies, with a virtual office option for registering a business. The open community side is thinner here, and public reviews per location are scarce.

Price: 25 EUR a day, 199 EUR a month, private offices from 599 EUR, all ex VAT.

Worcol

Crveni krst · Vojislava Ilića 53 · Google ≈ 5.0 (about 24 reviews) · listing on OfficeRentInfo

A small, modern space at the point where Voždovac, Vračar and Zvezdara meet, with outstanding reviews from people who wanted somewhere brighter and more private than the big hubs; it also hosts workshops and small exhibitions. Capacity is tight and fills quickly, prices are on request, and hours are weekdays 8:30 to 20:30 with no 24/7 option.

Price: on request.

Rimmo Coworking

Novi Beograd · Đorđa Stanojevića 12 · Google ≈ 4.5 (about 240 reviews, the most on this list) · rimmorent.com

Set inside Belgrade Office Park, with more Google reviews than any other space here, which gives the score real credibility; it mixes open and private zones with a meeting room and suits teams settling in for the longer term in a proper business zone. The tone is more corporate, and the model is mostly monthly and long-term, so it is a weak fit for occasional day work.

Price: from 160 EUR per person per month.

Hab na Brdu

Banovo brdo · Kraljice Katarine 72 · few public reviews · habnabrdu.in.rs

A micro space near Košutnjak park and Ada, quiet, pet-friendly, home-like and open around the clock, and one of very few dedicated options anywhere on the Čukarica side of the river. It has only a handful of seats and little public feedback, so treat it as a dependable work corner rather than a hub with a scene.

Price: 15 EUR a day, 120 EUR a month (a reserved seat plus meeting room use).

Prices at a glance

The short version, as of September 2026: a day pass in Belgrade typically costs 10 to 20 EUR, a monthly hot desk mostly lands between 100 and 180 EUR, and where operators publish office rates, private offices start at roughly 600 to 800 EUR a month. Fixed desks, where offered, run about 180 to 220 EUR. About half of the spaces do not publish prices at all, so treat „on request“ as an invitation to email them; quotes usually arrive quickly. If you need these figures for an article or research, you are welcome to cite them with a link to this guide.

As a rule of thumb, freelancers budget for a day pass or a hot desk up to about 170 EUR a month, small teams take fixed desks or a small office, and the corporate operators cost more but bundle everything into a single all-inclusive bill at a representative address.

Belgrade coworking by neighborhood

Location usually decides before price does. Here is how the list breaks down across the city; each link jumps to our entry for that space.

How to choose

Match the space to how you actually work, not to its photos. Four things settle most decisions. First, location and transport: the center is walkable and looks good to clients, but parking is painful, while New Belgrade is roomier and easier by car. Second, internet in practice: every operator claims fast wifi, so ask about real speeds and whether there is a backup line, then test on a trial day, which almost every space offers free or nearly free. Third, calls: if your day is mostly video meetings, phone booths and bookable quiet rooms matter more than any other perk. Fourth, the fine print: after-hours access, printing, extra meeting room hours and parking are often billed separately, so the lowest membership fee is not always the cheapest month.

Good to know

Entry and visa rules depend on your passport and they do change, so check official Serbian government sources before planning a longer stay; that is the whole of our advice on the subject, since we are a web agency and not immigration lawyers. What we can say from the ground is that Belgrade’s remote-work crowd has grown steadily and spaces are used to foreign members: several publish prices in euros, and at least one, InCentar, runs with English-speaking staff and helps with company paperwork.

Internet is one of the city’s strong points. Fiber is standard in coworking spaces, ICT Hub advertises a 1 Gbps line, and day-to-day reliability is generally excellent, though measured speeds vary between operators, which is exactly what a trial day is for.

On money: cards are widely accepted in Belgrade, but some spaces prefer bank transfer or invoicing, and at ICT Hub members report that paying from abroad can be clumsy. Ask about payment options up front, and keep some dinars on you for the small stuff around town.

Run a coworking space that belongs on this list, or spotted a price that has moved? Suggest an addition or a correction through the form on our Serbian coworking guide and we will look at it in the next update. And since you are here: we are a web agency based in Belgrade, so if your company needs a website built or looked after while you are in town, get in touch.
